Beautiful panoramic views from the restaurant.
Despite being aware of potential guests, the WiFi was slow was nice. Upon late arrival, there was no water available as the reception was closed, which exacerbated my frustration.

Thanks everyone for a comfortable stay for three nights. The double room we stayed in was comfortable and beautiful with a nice view. The hotel's position was stunning, not far from a vineyard, Montepulciano / Pienza / Cortona, and Borgo Tre Rose. Great to be 500 metres away from Eat, enjoyed our meal there.
For us it was ideal.

The dining experience here is unreal! The food and service at the restaurant are amazing-think fresh, local dishes that make your taste buds tango! Plus, I adored the amazing views from my room in the Classic Double or Twin Room. Those hills are like a postcard!

Everything was exceptional, with very welcoming staff, met the purpose. The breakfast was satisfactory, had a such wonderful stay with good service. The location was marvellous, adjacent to Montepulciano / Pienza / Cortona, areas to smoke on the property and the winery. Furthermore, rare in many restaurants;))
Couldn't stay longer.

i loved the fine views from my room and the beautiful gardens that surrounded the hotel-perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of exploring the nearby landmarks like cappella di santa margherita and the charming quercia di santa margherita, both just a short walk away.
